December 6, 2010: Weifield Group Contracting’s 2010 Food Drive to Benefit FoodWorks Colorado a Success

Weifield Group Contracting’s 2010 food drive a success.

DENVER, CO – December 6, 2010 – Donations for FoodWorks Colorado (formerly Compa Food Bank), were collected at Weifield Group Contracting’s 2010 Christmas Party at Invesco Field at Mile High.  The generosity of employees, clients, and friends was overwhelming.  We collected non-perishable food and cash donations that totaled $1455.  Weifield Group matched the total donations to support this ministry during the busy holiday season.

FoodWorks Colorado’s mission is to ‘assist individuals in need in reaching a given level of self-sufficiency and preventing homelessness through our vocational training and life skills development program and free food distribution.’  Their programs supply fresh food and self-sufficiency to those needing it most.

The generosity of our vendors was also unmatched.  Gifts for the night were provided by Brian Adamo – CED, David Jones – QED, Willy Colby – Cummins Rocky Mountain, Mike Nordlund – Gexpro, Mike McKisson – National Networks, and Bret Kramer – Crescent Electric Supply.

Here at Weifield Group Contracting, we promote and share the following values in all that we do; our commitment to our customers is to provide trained and skilled electricians, quality workmanship and installation, electrical safety, customer satisfaction, and competitive rates.  We demand honesty, integrity, and quality in all that we do. We strive for improvements in our community and reaching out to those needing help.
