| February 7, 2011 from 6pm – 8pm: First Monday Speaker Series Model, Measure, Manage: The Energy Story from Dream Time to Real TimeNote: This presentation will be held at RNL Design The challenge in making design expectations more accurate is in the integration of models and metrics for form, finance and functional performance. The concepts addressed in Model, Measure, Manage deal with how to sequence continuously-improving models to measure performance potential and manage expectations from pre-design through post occupancy. A LEED Platinum office building is used in this course to illustrate how energy modeling extends into occupancy and is compared with live data to manage stakeholder and environmental performance goals. Customized dashboards specifically designed for the project provide the owner with clarity about the operation of their building and unparalleled understanding of their return on investment of building energy systems.MORE INFORMATION Speakers: DANA KOSE + DAVID EIJADI Location: 1050 17th Street, #A200 Denver, Colorado 80265 NOTE: DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR FEBRUARY Cost: USGBC Members: Pre-registered = $10, Walk-ups = $15; Students = $5 Non-USGBC Members: Pre-registered = $15, Walk-ups = $20 Dinner provided, including tea/lemonade Please pre-register at the link below to ensure an adequate catering order.
