July 13, 2011: Employees Speed Away in Team Building Event
Wiefield Project Managers and Foreman raced together for a team-building event at Unser Racing July 13, 2011. Team building racing events are designed to encourage friendly competition, camaraderie, and a spirit of team loyalty. Racing around the track at 40mph with co-workers, employees experienced the thrill and adrenaline of indoor karting.
Weifield provides many team building opportunities for employees to connect with each other while having fun. Part of Weifield’s Value Statements is “We work hard but also have fun”.
Congrats to Craig Long, Weifield’s Service Manager, for winning the night’s championship with a 20.475 second race in the GP Championship Heat!
