EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Weifield Group Contracting is expanding and looking for qualified apprentices and lead journeymen to add to our team. Any employee that refers a qualified candidate will recieve a $200 bonus under the following conditions:
- The candidate passes the interview process and is hired full-time.
- The candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment with Weifield.
We’re also looking to add qualified foreman to our team. Any current employee that refers a qualified foreman will recieve a $2000 bonus under the following conditions:
- The candidate passes the interview process and is hired full-time ($1000 paid after 1 month of employment)
- The candidate successfully completes a profitable job ($1000 at job close-out)
