PROJECT SCOPE
Frederick High School is a new 188,000 sq ft high school for 1080 students. Project includes site parking and an emergency generator. The site encompasses 62 acres and will include a combination football/soccer/track area, lighted football field with artificial turf, 4 ball fields, practice fields, 6 tennis courts and an irrigation pond. The auditorium will provide seating for 750 and the gym 1,750 seats. Opening to the public for Fall 2012. LEED Silver.
The site was also designed for a planned expansion to 230,000 sq ft for 1800 students.
