FCI Constructors selected Weifield Group for this project based upon our past project performance working with them on a K-8 school, justice center, and library.
Project Scope
The Joint Forces Readiness Center is a LEED Gold project located on Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The project included a 145,000 sq. ft office building and a 28,000 sq. ft maintenance facility. For this project, Weifield Group implemented electrical one-line, branch power, 225KVA UPS, interior and site lighting, raceways for tele/data and security, and 8000 feet of communication duct bank.
Superior Management of Resources Resulted in Success
This project was a hard bid project that included five general contractors and seven electrical contractors. Weifield Group created a comprehensive purchasing and labor management plan based upon our building strategy for this project prior to mobilization.
Our attention to labor and materials detail and our superior resource management skills benefited not only our firm during this project, but all other contractors as well. We demonstrated our ability to execute an organized, coordinated and prepared approach to project construction.
