Project Scope:
Weifield Group performed a core shell of the 279,506 sq. ft., five-story Signature Centre office building, a full build out for Aardex, and three garage levels. Our work included rough-in for security, fire alarm, CCTV, lighting, and control systems. The LEED Platinum Signature Centre received double LEED Platinum status, the second double LEED Platinum certification for Aardex. One certification for the core and shell, the other for the interior.
The Signature Centre was the first LEED Platinum office building built in Colorado. It has won numerous awards, including the 2008 National NAIOP “Green Development of the Year” award, recognization by the Rocky Mountain News as one of the top 10 green buildings in 2007, and the Excellence in Electrical Construction award from the IEC in 2008.
Safety:
This project encompassed 11,831 man hours, had no recordable accidents, and no lost time.
