Project Scope:

For this project, Weifield Group performed an electrical remodel of the College of Engineering’s group laboratories.

Cohesive Coordination Helped Weifield Group Achieve a Quick Turnaround Project in an Occupied Facility

This project had a 107-day quick turnaround in an existing occupied facility. Knowing that we could not cause much disturbance at the project site, we utilized prefabrication as much as possible. We had to make sure the light fixtures and distribution equipment was expedited for this project so there would be no delay to the project schedule.

We utilized no subcontractors as we did all the necessary work internally to meet the project scope requirements. The project was completed on time, within budget, and with zero change orders.

Safety:

This project encompassed 461 man hours, had no recordable accidents and no lost time.
