Why Weifield?
Weifield group won the project over two other competitors, based on our industry experience and ability to turn around a quick build out in a short period of time. We were initially hired in the design development stage to keep the project within budget. As the project progressed, we re-priced the project to make sure budgets were maintained, and came up with a value engineering plan.
Project Scope:
Weifield Group did a complete electrical build-out of 74,000 sq. ft. office building and implemented a new fire alarm system, security system raceways, teledata/CATV raceways, and performed demolition. This multi-faceted project involved redeveloping a 75,000 square-foot former hospital into the Brighton Learning and Resource Campus – in less than twelve months.
Early Engagement Allowed for Detailed Planning and Nimble Execution
We were involved in the design development stage, so our operations team was able to have input throughout the project duration.
Due to the quick pace of the project and the need to shut down energized equipment for disconnect, we also made sure we implemented a site-specific safety and quality control plans.
Safety:
This project encompassed 5,441 man hours, had no recordable accidents and no lost time.
