Weifield Group conducted a tenant build-out of an area housing three movie theatres within the Lowenstein retail space.

Weifield Group created a purchasing and labor management plan based on our building strategy before construction began. We employed diligent management of our resources benefiting our firm and our partners.
Safety
Our safety manager ensures proper planning, training, and resources for our workers and contractors. Our employees are certified to use all operating equipment. Regular safety inspections are administered and safety training is an ongoing activity. This project encompassed 1,375 man hours, had no recordable accidents, and no lost time.
