Why Weifield?
Weifield Group won the business over three other competitors based on our relationship with the owner and owner representatives, and our ability to perform complex projects with multiple systems.
Project Scope:
For this project, Weifield Group completed a $1.2M electrical build-out of a 66,000 sq. ft., brand-new church and classrooms. Weifield Group implemented site lighting, a complete lighting control system, security, fire alarm, audio visual, 3000 amp service, customized fixutures, and phone systems. The church had highly complex lighting control and audio visual systems, controlled by customized Lyntech modular sequencing panel boards.
Attention to Quality and Safety Helped Ensure Project Success
To ensure a great final product, Weifield Group had an initial meeting with the owner-supplied equipment manufacturers to ensure the equipment came out as planned and that the rough-in was concealed because of the high ceilings. To ensure top quality and safety, we utilized Weifield’s quality control manual and put one of our best superintendents on the project. Weifield Group’s customer rating was 4 out of 5 for overall performance and 4.5 out of 5 for field performance for this project. Our clients were extremely satisfied with the results of the project:
“…[Weifield Group’s] professionalism, their desire and ability to do the job right, their attitude on the job, their interaction with the general contractor and other subs, plus quality of work all contributed to a successful completion…”
- Rick Thielen, Rocky Mountain Christian Church
“As the owner’s representative for the church, I witnessed the value that Weifield brought to the table with this project.”
- John Goad, Western Project Management
Safety:
This project encompassed 16,592 man hours and had no accidents, no recordable accidents and no lost time.
