A Comprehensive and Seamless Project Approach to Meet Your Critical Requirements

At Weifield Group, we use a “cradle-to-grave” approach for our projects, which helps us keep Preconstruction and Operations seamlessly involved in the complete process. This approach includes

• Conducting an initial team meeting with the client representatives to ensure we capture all of the critical requirements
• Identifying areas where we can use our experience to reduce costs, eliminate challenges, and reduce the schedule scope/timeline
• Assigning action items to the Weifield team members to follow through to resolution
• Implementing the construction project through careful coordination with the electrical engineer and producing BIM drawings that are utilized by the entire construction team
• Following up with the client after the project is built to conduct systems training, provide functionality feedback, and to communicate contact information for any future warranty or addition needs
