Kudos to our Rocky Mountain Special Projects team’s Radius DC 1500 Champa Phase 3 & 4 Renovations crew for being named our May, 2025 Crew of the Month!
This $2M project with Constructiv (GC) includes the expansion of a data center in downtown Denver with electrical, mechanical, security and associated finishes. The project duration is August, 2024 to May, 2025.
The project is led by Chris F. (Project Manager), Brandon F. (Project Engineer), Brad E. (Field Supervisor) and Tyler W. (Estimator). Team members include: Chris B. (Foreman), Noah F. (Apprentice), Matthew G. (Apprentice), Ethan G. (Apprentice), Shawn H. (Apprentice), Joshua J. (RTT), Samuel K. (Apprentice), Morgan N. (Apprentice), Matthew P. (Journeyman), William S., (Apprentice), and Gabriel T., (Foreman).
Said Brandon: “This project has been a real nail biter to say the least. From the generator lifts in the beginning to the breakneck pace of the schedule, our team has met the challenges head on and performed masterfully with every curveball thrown their way. Foreman Brad E. has not only led his team efficiently and compassionately but has also kept morale high while pushing our team through the finish line. This project would not be as successful without his leadership. Special thanks to Foreman Chris B. for his positive attitude, knowledge, and layouts, Matt P. aka “Mr. Christmas Miracle” who has miraculously threaded the needle multiple times with 4” EMT & GRC, and Noah F. aka “Mr. Go-To”for the entire scope of work from day 1. The rest of the team has been just as vital, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without their hard work, talent, and dedication.”
