Kudos to our Rocky Mountain Special Project team’s G-Wing Renovation crew for being named our August, 2025 Crew of the Month!
This $1.7M project with GH Phipps (GC) is a design-assist project consisting of the complete demo and remodel renovation of a Forensic Inpatient Ward for the Colorado Department of Human Services, that has not been in use since the 1980’s.
The project is led by Donald W. (Superintendent) and Ryan H. (Project Manager). Team members include: Anthony C. (Journeyman), Floyd L. (Foreman), and Jordan V. (Apprentice).
Said Ryan: “Big thanks to the crew for their outstanding work on the G-Wing project. Despite tough existing building conditions and ongoing design changes, the team has stayed focused and delivered with professionalism. Special recognition to Don W. for his leadership and knowledge that has made this project successful. The strong relationships built with GH Phipps and the CDHS facility are a testament to the team’s dedication and collaboration. Great job, everyone!”
