Weifield’s Moxy Hotel project construction has begun!
This project with GE Johnson (General Contractor) is a new, eight-story boutique Marriott hotel in Cherry Creek North, consisting of underground parking, 180 guest rooms, and amenity space, and totaling approximately 93,000 square feet. The project includes the demolition of an existing structure, excavation, and shoring for the parking garage, as well as the foundation and structure for the new hotel. The project is expected to complete mid-next year.
