Weifield’s Brighton, CO Wells Denver Precast project with PCL Construction (General Contractor) started in March, 2019 and involved a relocation of structural and architectural plants to a new, single 50-acre office and operations site that employs 150 employees for the client, Rocky Mountain Prestress.
This project began with scheduling challenges due to adverse weather conditions, pushing the completion of all underground site work from October, 2019 to March, 2020 – the project is now substantially complete. Led by Chris Schreffler (Superintendent), Craig Welton (Project Manager), and Connor Bonnicksen (Estimator), the Wells Denver Precast team has worked diligently to provide superior customer service and serve as PCL’s go-to electrical contractor throughout the project. Our crew was also recognized as Weifield’s January, 2020 Crew of the Month for their performance.
