  • “I’ve gone from being 16 and not knowing what I’m going to do, to being 25 – just bought my first house. I have a great job – tons of upward mobility; I am absolutely thrilled to be working here. What I love most about Weifield is the people I get to work with. We have great people here – particularly ownership and upper management. They are extremely caring people, genuine when they say they care about you – not just as an employee, but as a person – and willing to help you out. They mean it when they say their people are their strength; they take that to heart and their actions show it, not just their words.”

  • “I’ve been here for 14 years – and in that 14 years, I’ve gotten several awards and bonuses; the biggest bonus was my $10K check I got on my 10-year anniversary, so it is definitely worth it to be at Weifield.”

  • I wanted to reach out and thank you for the employee gathering this past weekend. The camaraderie and fun we had was amazing. I have never worked at a company that drives this kind of family culture (and actually means it) – the adage of ‘it’s not what you say, it’s what you do’ seems applicable. I just wanted to convey my appreciation.

On a personal note, I really do appreciate the opportunity for me to move forward with Weifield and further my career. I appreciate how I have the ability to work on being a better electrician, foreman, and most of all a better person. I’m so blessed to be surrounded by good hearted people here at Weifield."

  • I received your Christmas card today and wanted to say thank you. It is refreshing to have found a company that practices what they preach. Our PACT is not just a fancy logo but truly the way we live, work, and operate. I feel grateful to be part of the team as I round out my first of many years at Weifield.

  • Having been an electrician in Colorado for over three decades and working with various electrical contractors, I can confidently say that Weifield surpasses them all. Throughout most of my career as a Superintendent, I've observed firsthand what distinguishes Weifield is their genuine concern for their employees. They've acted as mentors, consistently encouraging me to excel. The training programs and unwavering support I've received are unparalleled. I often reminded my crews that it's not the logo on the hard hat; it's the people that you work for that make the difference.

  • Weifield has been a great place to work. Since I have started here, I have had nothing short of a positive experience. From our office staff to our field leadership, I have always found support wherever needed. They have taken very good care of me and my family and I. Between the competitive pay rates and the benefit packages, they really are setting a new standard in the middle Tennessee area as far as taking care of their people is concerned. I have had ample opportunity for growth within our region. Whereas other companies I felt like there was a glass ceiling I could never break through. I have had the opportunity to be not only a field leader, but also an instructor at our apprenticeship school, a member of the Weifield Council, as well as an ambassador for recruiting in our region. The only thing that could hold you back from succeeding at Weifield is yourself.

  • Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the Planning and Layout class.  The class was educating and an eye-opening experience for me.  My past job experience has never given me the chance to participate in larger jobs that require the level of planning that Weifield puts into it. This class gave me a lot of confidence in Weifield as a company when I saw the importance we place on planning and layout of our jobs.

  • I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to put the Takeoff class on. I’m trying to dive into the way you do things here at Weifield and appreciate the opportunities like this to help me grow here. I was able to take quite a bit away from the class and can really help my team with how they are looking at things and to help them grow as well. I just wanted to pass along my appreciation for even considering me for the class.  I’m thankful to be a part of this company and the culture you have!
