Weifield has been a great place to work. Since I have started here, I have had nothing short of a positive experience. From our office staff to our field leadership, I have always found support wherever needed. They have taken very good care of me and my family and I. Between the competitive pay rates and the benefit packages, they really are setting a new standard in the middle Tennessee area as far as taking care of their people is concerned. I have had ample opportunity for growth within our region. Whereas other companies I felt like there was a glass ceiling I could never break through. I have had the opportunity to be not only a field leader, but also an instructor at our apprenticeship school, a member of the Weifield Council, as well as an ambassador for recruiting in our region. The only thing that could hold you back from succeeding at Weifield is yourself.

Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the Planning and Layout class.  The class was educating and an eye-opening experience for me.  My past job experience has never given me the chance to participate in larger jobs that require the level of planning that Weifield puts into it. This class gave me a lot of confidence in Weifield as a company when I saw the importance we place on planning and layout of our jobs.

I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to put the Takeoff class on. I’m trying to dive into the way you do things here at Weifield and appreciate the opportunities like this to help me grow here. I was able to take quite a bit away from the class and can really help my team with how they are looking at things and to help them grow as well.
