Weifield Chief Business Development Officer, Karla Nugent, routinely meets with Weifield’s clients across divisions to obtain their client survey feedback and input as to our performance on our projects. Weifield consistently achieves high ratings on our client surveys — currently, we are averaging 4.7 out of a maximum rating of 5, overall, across all of our clients!
The SOVA on Grant project with The Weitz Company (GC) recently completed and is a 12-story residential high rise in at the northwest corner of 19th and Grant Street in Denver’s uptown neighborhood. The building has 211 apartments — six of which are walk-up, townhome style units – and a full suite of amenities, including a fitness room, community room, golf simulator, and fourth-floor courtyard. A sky deck is included on the 12th floor, and the structure has below-grade parking for 210 cars.
