Congratulations to our Wes Brown Water Treatment Plant crew for being named Weifield’s April, 2019 Crew of the Month!
This Industrial project with The Garney Companies, Inc. (General Contractor), led by Weifield’s Angela Shouey (Project Manager) and Rand Schnell (Field Supervisor), includes renovations to the treatment plant’s Clear Well and sodium hypochlorite system, to include new sample pumps and chlorine analyzers at the Clear Well/CT chamber. The crew is also adding four new chemical metering pumps for dosing sodium hypochlorite to the clarifiers, as well as a new coagulant mixer and reject pump. Upgrades to the PLC and SCADA system will also be provided along with several new water quality instruments to accompany the new equipment.
Weifield’s Crews of the Month are selected via numerous criteria including safety, quality of work, schedule, teamwork, attendance, meeting financial targets, and formal client feedback/praise.
