Kudos to our CO/WY April, 2020 Employee of the Month — Nick Bull! This month’s round focused on identifying Weifeld’s ‘leaders from the front lines’ — celebrating an amazing leader who is demonstrating unparalleled leadership and focus during these times of uncertainty.
Nick was nominated by Weifield Training Manager, Duff Stroumbos, who said the following:
“Nick worked day and night on the CO Convention Center Temporary Hospital project. No matter what was thrown at him, he came up with a solution and made it happen. He is too humble to take any credit but what Nick did was way above the call of duty. What a fearless leader!!!”
This nomination was seconded by Weifield owner, James Selecky, who said: “Nick and his team have done an incredible job — Nick has put in many long shifts to make the project happen.”
As the winning employee, Nick is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s internal and online communications.
