Kudos to our Rocky Mountain August, 2023 Employee of the Month — Bret W., Weifield Rocky Mountain Director of Integration!
The August, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Bret was nominated by Kelly F. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager), who said the following:
“Bret’s drive and passion to make Weifield better is very contagious. I would bet if you asked others around the office, you would get a very similar opinion. With Bret taking on the large undertaking of trying to bring Weifield’s process and procedures into the 21st century, it speaks volumes for the dedication he has for this company. Couldn’t think of a better guy for this award and I wish I could be like him some day.”
