Weifield Texas participated with Roger’s-O’Brien Construction (GC) on The Austin Media Center construction project that received an Outstanding Construction Award from the Austin Chapter of the Associated General Contractors!
The Austin Media Center is a four-story office building of approximately 187,000 gross building sq. ft. of office and administrative support space, with a one-story new addition of approximately 27,000 gross building sq. ft. of studio support space for ACC TV (partnering with KLRU) for the studio. It also includes site improvements to include landscaping, landscape plaza, covered walks and surface parking. It is one of many projects being completed at this location by multiple builders.
