A huge congratulations to Weifield’s KYLE ACDAL, Rocky Mountain Project Manager, for being recognized on the Electrical Construction & Maintenance (EC&M) ’30 Under 30’ list for 2025 (see list at this link for all the winners)!

EC&M’s 30 Under 30 list is an annual recognition of standout individuals 30 years old or younger who are reshaping the future of the electrical field. The 2025 honorees — our EC&M Electrical All Stars — were selected for their innovation, efficiency, creativity, and forward-thinking use of technology. Established in 1901, Electrical Construction & Maintenance (EC&M) has served as the technical authority for electrical professionals who design, construct, and maintain electrical systems for all types of businesses and industries for more than 120 years.

A family friend brought Kyle Acdal into Weifield Group Contracting as a shipping and receiving manager in 2019.

“From there, my interest grew, and I wanted to learn more about the business and how this industry operates,” he said.

Born and raised in Washington before moving to Colorado in 2019, he enrolled in the IEC Rocky Mountain Electrical Apprenticeship program from 2020 to 2024. After graduating, he was nominated for IEC’s Emerging Leader program which helped him to develop his people and leadership skills.

“I continue to learn from my peers at work and am not afraid to take on new challenges that can help me improve and learn,” he said.

As a project manager, Kyle coordinates with the field team to ensure they have the correct equipment and materials at hand to successfully complete the scheduled milestones. He’s also responsible for maintaining documentation, reviewing the budget, and handling financial reporting.  Kyle believes technology will play a pivotal role in how companies develop processes and become more intelligent on how they manage the performance of work. For example, his company is currently working with AI developers to produce a product that makes it easier for managers to review and compare documents to identify differences and changes.

Hats off to KYLE for this well-deserved national recognition!!
