Our Rocky Mountain Women of Weifield group enjoyed an amazing morning of coffee & connection with TACT leadership & members of WiM (Women in Manufacturing) Colorado at the TACT – Teaching the Autism Community Trades’ ‘Women in Trades – Women in Power’ Networking event!
TACT’s mission is to build futures & careers for the entire Autism community through its best-in-class training programs in automotive, manufacturing, electrical/construction, culinary & more! The organization works to build relationships with area employers so that once a client graduates from its program – he/she has opportunities awaiting in various potential places of business. 27 TACT clients graduated from the program last year — and together with his team, Liam Murphy, TACT Director of Development, is currently working to expand TACT’s relationships to more & more employers in Colorado as well as open other locations in New York & Texas — and beyond, in the coming years.
