Congratulations to our CO/WY December, 2019 Employee of the Month — Julie Martinez, Weifield Service Operations Manager!
This month’s round focused on identifying those nominees within Weifield who demonstrate proactiveness in their work on a consistent basis and regularly take action ahead of problems/needs/changes. Julie was nominated by her manager, Anthony Wilemon (VP, Service) who said:
“I would like to nominate Julie Martinez! She handles all of the scheduling, billing, small work orders, demanding customers, and all of the personalities involved. Her head is spinning in all directions all the time. If she is not proactive, her head would spin right off. She is one of the most proactive multi-taskers around!”
