Kudos to our Rocky Mountain December, 2022 Employee of the Month — Kelly M., Weifield Rocky Mountain Service Administrator!
The December, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Kelly was nominated by Kyle J. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Service Account Manager) and Anthony A. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Assistant Service Account Manager/Service Technician), who said the following:
“Kelly is a very hard worker and passionate about what she does. She works hard with communicating between the service management group and our customers on invoicing and scheduling. She always as a great attitude when it comes to our schedule as it is always changing. She has worked very hard on getting all of our invoicing fixed and making sure we are getting invoice sent out and reviewing before she sends them out. Kelly is a key member of our team in the service department. She always has a positive outlook on any of the circumstances. Her uplifting spirit makes it a little easier on rough days!”
Kelly is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
