Kudos to our Tennessee December, 2022 Employee of the Month — Matthew A., Weifield Tennessee Service Technician!
The December, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Matthew was nominated by Bryson H. (Weifield Tennessee Service Manager) and Caleb A. (Weifield Tennessee Senior Preconstruction Manager), who said the following:
“Over the past year, we have received compliments from customers about Matthew. Customers like his work ethic and can trust that the job will be done well. He has a proven track record of building trusting relationships with our customers and developing further work through these relationships. Matthew is the kind of guy that cares about making sure the job is done correctly and the customer is happy. Well done, Matthew!”
