Weifield’s Rocky Mountain crew is making great progress on our Castle Rock Adventist Medical Office Building (MOB) project in Castle Rock, CO!

This 70,000 sq. ft. ground-up MOB has three new levels above ground; the project scope includes lighting, lighting control, gear, generator, fire alarm, low voltage rough-in, site lighting and power, grounding, mechanical connections and electric snow melt. The project also includes a 18,000 sq. ft. buildout of an Ambulatory Surgery Center on the first floor, including two OR rooms.

The crew is currently working on underground for the generator and the implementation of a 4000-amp service. Steel erection begins in two weeks with the first floors pouring in early July; the crew is also about 90% finished with site lighting.

Amazing work, Castle Rock Adventist crew — we look forward to seeing the finish!
