This project is comprised of a three-story building with 40,000 sq. ft. of plates (120,000 sq. ft. in total) that will integrate into Terumo BCT’s seven-acre campus. It is the intent of Terumo BCT to occupy 90,000 sq. ft. of the building, and the remainder of the space will be constructed for future conversion to office space.
