Kudos to our Tennessee February, 2024 Employees of the Month — Scott A. and Jeff G., Weifield Tennessee Foremen!
The February, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who have executed the highest quality underground conduit installations in the field.
Scott and Jeff were nominated by Radley W. (Weifield Tennessee Project Manager) and Derrick G. (Weifield Tennessee Project Engineer), who said the following:
“Scott and Jeff have stepped up and persevered not only through difficult site conditions including rock and extreme weather, but also an extremely congested site and a very intense time frame. Against a very tight pour schedule, both Scott and Jeff have impressed me with their sense urgency and ability to pivot and adjust to changing conditions; keeping Weifield ahead of the other trades. The install looks fantastic. Congratulations Gentlemen, you’ve made us both very proud!”
Scott and Jeff are being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
