Weifield was proud to have two of our amazing teammates graduate from the WULF (Weifield’s Upcoming Leaders Forum)!
The Weifield 2024 WULF graduates were: Carly J. (Weifield RM Project Engineer) and Chris S. (Weifield RM RTT).
The goals of the Weifield’s Upcoming Leaders Forum (WULF group) are to:
– Provide a forum for our organization’s upcoming leaders to have their ideas heard
– Develop WULF members into successful managers and create consistency between managers
– Change the company positively
In November, the WULF group wrapped up the WULF 2024 Class. We have six continuing to 2025.
We are SO PROUD of our WULF group and our two outstanding 2024 graduates!
