Congratulations to Weifield’s Rocky Mountain January, 2022 Employee of the Month — Connie M., Weifield Payroll Manager!
The January, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Connie was nominated by Weifield Accounting Assistant, Rebekah T., who said the following:
From Rebekah: “Connie has always prioritized the people. Aside from her position naturally making her more integrated with everyone in the company, she has proven time and time again the amount of sacrifices she is willing to make for not only this company, but for its people. With our new system, she not only worked every night until the office closed, worked from home, worked both Saturdays and Sundays – but she lost sleep to make sure that people were able to get paid this Friday. It seems all too common for people to overlook Payroll since they’re usually tucked away, but she has always pushed forward for the sake of this company and its people. I truly believe she deserves this reward more than anyone.”
Connie is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
