Kudos to our Texas January, 2023 Employee of the Month — Cyrus S., Weifield Texas Journeyman!
The January, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Cyrus was nominated by Richard W. (Weifield Texas General Manager) and Garrett K. (Weifield Texas General Superintendent), who said the following:
“Cyrus always has a good attitude, and he shows up early and stays late if needed. He is a great employee who consistently strives to do a better job! He has created a trusted relationship with our field leaders. He’s also working towards being a Foreman and has been handed huge tasks at the HEB Freezer project which he has performed successfully.”
Cyrus is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
