Kudos to our Tennessee January, 2025 Employee of the Month — Kyle P., Weifield Tennessee Service Technician!
The January 2025 Employees of the Month round included nominations for those employees who best represent Weifield’s PEOPLE (‘P’) PACT value – which is defined as:
People: We do what’s right for our team, customers, and company’s success.
Kyle P. (Service Technician) was nominated by Jesse G. (Service Technician).
Said Jesse: “Kyle demonstrates all the attributes that make him a great Service Technician. His electrical knowledge makes jobsites run smoothly and timely. Kyle also demonstrates the ability to work well with others. When asked Kyle steps up and takes control of jobsites and keeps strong communication with his fellow employees and General Contractors. Kyle has the respect of his peers and it’s been a pleasure to serve with him.”
Kyle is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
