Kudos to our Texas July, 2022 Employee of the Month — Adrian M., Weifield Texas Foreman!
The July, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Adrian was nominated by Stan M. (Weifield Texas Senior Project Manager, who said the following:
From Stan: “In his short time here, Adrian has shown that he truly is a team player and has been a great fit to the Texas team. Adrian takes the time to mentor and help all of the younger foremen. He will step up and help out wherever he is needed. He is a positive influence on his crew and in a short time has gained the confidence of the General Contractor. It is pleasure to work with Adrian and I’m glad he is on our team.”
Adrian is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
