Kudos to our Rocky Mountain July, 2023 Employee of the Month — Dusty W., Weifield Rocky Mountain Project Manager!
The July, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Dusty was nominated by Matt Fl. (Weifield Rocky Mountain General Superintendent), who said the following:
“Dusty represents the “C” on community here in our WY office almost daily!! Dusty is involved in this community with all of our service clients we have here in Cheyenne and has developed great relationships with all of them over the years. She has attended multiple high school and college career fairs with other Weifield employees in the last couple of months to spread the word about Weifield and we have hired some great young folks from these events! Dusty always coordinates all the company events here in the office including All-Hands, Foremen meetings and the multiple trainings we usually have in house for our staff and employee’s here in NOCO and WY. I can’t say enough great things about Dusty and the way she brings this community together up here!!!”
Dusty is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
