Kudos to our Texas July, 2023 Employee of the Month — Asia M., Weifield Texas Apprentice!
The July 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Asia was nominated by Richard White (Weifield Texas General Manager), who said the following:
“Asia is always asking questions on how to improve quality and is outperforming to meet her business development goals as fast as possible. She always has a great attitude at work and has a fantastic production rate. She is the example of the culture we want here at Weifield.”
