This team’s mission is to provide timely, efficient and professional collaborative services in the control and support of Weifield Groups day-to-day operations. They strive to provide top-tier Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, HR and other ancillary services to ensure the strength and continued growth of the company.
The Accounting team, led by Controller Mike Megara, includes Colter Duffy, Accounting & Payroll Specialist, and Meissa Lamberton, Accounting Clerk. The team tracks, monitors, reports and gives feedback on all areas within the company to help Weifield be profitable. Chris Dulmes, HR Generalist, is responsible for hiring, benefits, and day-to-day HR functions, and our Purchasing Manager, Arnie Trujillo, has been with Weifield for nine years and has excelled at making the transition from the field to Purchasing Manager. Arnie was also Weifield’s 2014 MVP.
Future goals for the Corporate Services team include automation for tool/equipment tracking with bar code scanning, introduction of a SharePoint website for the Operations department to file share with the field, and further changes within the new software to make the team function more efficiently.
