Kudos to our Texas June, 2022 Employee of the Month — Ryan B., Weifield Texas General Superintendent Special Projects!
The June, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Ryan was nominated by Duong L. (Weifield Texas Journeyman) and Garrett W. (Weifield Texas Operations Manager), who said the following:
From Duong: “Ryan has been coaching us to improve Weifield, and lead us in a new division of special projects.”
From Garrett: “Ryan exemplifies the “A” (Advanced Process) value in our PACT by constantly sharing ideas on how we can improve our efficiency, productivity, while also making an extra effort to learn the ins and outs of our new processes, and welcomes change. He has a “team player” mentality and desires to teach & develop his coworkers. It’s an honor to work alongside him at Weifield!”
Ryan is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
