Kudos to Weifield’s Lightdeck crew for reaching completion of the project!
This $2.7M project with Sun Construction (GC) was run by Weifield’s Michael Predota (PM), Opie Culp (Field Supervisor), and Tyler Wagener (Estimator); it consisted of a tenant improvement to an existing one-story industrial building including a renovation of 72,863 sq. ft. for office and lab space. The scope of work included new gear, lighting, lighting control, fire alarm and generator.
Said Troy McAllister, Sun Construction PM: “The overall baseline of professionalism for the field was high and I came to have a high degree of respect for Opie’s engagement and leadership.”
