Weifield’s March, 2018 Employee of the Month program sought submissions for stellar safety performance ideas and best practices. Apprentice Jacobson Kubilus was nominated by his field supervisor at his CU Denver Wellness Center project, Jeff Holderman, who said the following:

“Jacobson led a small team in the build-out of about a third of the project’s usable space with very little guidance. At one point, he had a crew of five guys roughing and trimming in a very difficult pool lighting design over a six-lane swimming pool. With obstacles everywhere, including design failures, he came up with great ideas to accomplish the task safely. All lighting, power, mechanical, lighting control that he had a hand in was flawless. Jacobson is a U.S. Military Veteran and his leadership and organization skills are impeccable. Jacobson is a valuable asset to Weifield.”

As the winning Employee of the Month, Jacobson is being awarded a $100 gift card by Weifield ownership and will be featured on Facebook and in the “Wired In” newsletter. Thanks to all of this month’s nominees for your entries!

Congratulations to JACOBSON for this well-deserved recognition! Watch for details on the next Employee of the Month process, soon!
