Said Marty: “Over the last month, Jose led a crew through the closeout of a high-profile project at Austin Bergstrom Airport. Facing a strict deadline, he remained focused while managing an additional 10 electricians assigned in the final days due to compressed timelines. Jose took the time to mentor younger team members, fostering both the project and their development. His commitment to training every team member in the Weifield PACT has strengthened both this project and future leaders. While advancing the process, Jose has met every challenge, question and change thrown in his direction.”
