Congratulations to our Texas May, 2023 Employee of the Month — Blanca C., Weifield Texas Apprentice!
The May, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘P’ (People) value in our PACT.
Blanca was nominated by Joshua C. (Weifield Texas Superintendent), who said the following:
“I would like to give recognition to Blanca for completing the freezer AHU units including conduit, wire pulling activities and terminations. This is consisted of 22 AHU units, over 50,000 ft of wire and some pulls over 1000 ft. Blanca kept the team motivated threw this project with a positive attitude and re-enforced safe practices to ensure everyone went home safe. Blanca used bi-lingual skills to communicate with the entire team (including temporary hands) throughout this process to maximize production. This task was accomplished in 14 days beating our schedule by a week. Blanca is a valuable part to the freezer team, she motivates, brings a positive attitude, and will continue to be a great electrician.”
Blanca is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
