Kudos to our Rocky Mountain May, 2025 Employee of the Month — Allison A., Weifield Rocky Mountain Office Manager!
The May 2025 Employee of the Month round included nominations for employees best representing Weifield’s ‘C’ (Community) value!
Allison A. (Office Manager) was nominated by Kelly F. (Project Manager) & Tyler H. (Design Phase Manager):
Said Kelly: “Allison has gone above and beyond fulfilling not only the Precon assistant role, but also the Office Manager role. She has brought the entire office together to get out and participate in several community events which means more than donating time — it has also brought us awareness of the charitable organizations in our community.”
Said Tyler: “Allison single handedly holds the Loveland office together, whether it’s fixing IT issues, setting up meetings, ordering supplies, or anything else related to the office. There is nothing she won’t take on. Without Allison we would be a bunch of ‘chickens with our heads cut off.’ She also brings positive energy and team spirit to the office everyday even during stressful times.”
Allison is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
