Kudos to our Texas May, 2025 Employee of the Month — Daniel G., Weifield Texas Apprentice!
The May 2025 Employee of the Month round included nominations for employees best representing Weifield’s ‘C’ (Community) value!
Daniel G. (Apprentice) was nominated by Leo G. (Foreman):
Said Leo: “Daniel is a 1st year apprentice , who always makes sure the workplace is cleaner and safer than it was before we got there. He has a drive to keep moving whether it be cleaning, working on production, or making sure that all safety precautions are in plac . He will find a way to make sure that not just Weifield employees but everyone on the job site is safe. The pride he has throughout each day is inspiring; I hope whoever takes the time to read this will follow his lead and make their own job site a better place to work!
Daniel is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
