Weifield has executed a lease for a new office for our Northern Colorado operations; this office will better accommodate our growing needs and will replace our current Windsor, CO office.

The lease for our current Windsor office expires in mid-2022, so the goal is to be moved into this new office no later than April, 2022 (we will turn over the office to the Windsor landlord once we are completely out and moved into the new office).

>  Crossroads is the next exit north of Highway 34
>  7 miles (13 minutes) south west of the current Windsor office

Size: 7,280 sf

Lease Term: 5 years (12/1/2021 – 11/30/2026)

Better Location: We wanted the new office to be closer to I-25 and just north of Highway 34, and this location fits the bill

Office/Warehouse: This location has both office and warehouse space which was a requirement for us

Next Steps:

  1. A team will be created including members from the Windsor office to evaluate the current office layout and identify changes needed
  2. A plan will be created to make the modifications, purchase any furniture, and the relocation to the new office
