Kudos to Weifield’s CO/WY November, 2021 Employee of the Month — David M., Weifield Journeyman!
The November, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
David was nominated by Weifield Foreman, Dillon F., who said the following:
From Dillon: “When David was brought to my site, he had just received his Journeyman Card. Like some of us we go from being a red-hot apprentice to a green Journeyman. New responsibilities of leading guys, of figuring out material, getting a layout and ultimately bringing it to life tend to overload most people, but not David. David has a drive to teach others. I’ve seen it firsthand how he applies quality training to show fast, efficient, and practical solutions to the crews’ issues. He is always looking to continuously improve others and himself by holding a high standard. With his work he is helping to build major relationships with clients and those around him. He is what we want, but rarely see, from new Journeyman. He will be an immensely strong leader for Weifield.”
David is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
