Congratulations to our Rocky Mountain November, 2022 Employee of the Month — Jean B. P., Weifield Rocky Mountain Apprentice!
The November, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
Jean was nominated by Scott D. (Weifield Rocky Mountain General Superintendent), Dillon F. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Foreman) and David M. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Journeyman), who said the following:
“Jean participates in ‘Career Launch,’ a personal development and career launching program. A program that seeks out troubled youths, felons, people with hard histories with drug and alcohol related issues and helps them find careers. Jean personally establishes relationships with 10-12 individuals for over a six-month time period and meets with them every week. He focuses on motivating, encouragement, and gives a safe place to talk about prior issues and current issues trying to establish their careers. Jean has helped with DEN8 after working in Prefab for a month. He worked with HR this year to speak to ‘The Masters Apprentice’ program that focuses on electrical careers and spoke with 15 people about his experience with WGC. He encouraged them to follow in his footsteps and join us. Jean found Weifield through this program.”
Jean is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
