Kudos to our Tennessee November, 2023 Employee of the Month — James L., Weifield Tennessee General Superintendent!
The November, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘C’ (Community) value in our PACT.
James was nominated by Emily P. (Weifield Tennessee Front Desk Coordinator), who said the following:
“James truly represents the community in our PACT– he supports his team and only wants the best for Weifield. Since James joined the Tennessee team, he has truly helped Weifield build an amazing team with everyone he has brought on. He has continued to let the field know they are heard, cared about, and seen. I have never heard a bad thing said about James and the only thing I have heard is that he is amazing, truly cares, and is a great leader. James never stops until the job is done or the issue that arises is solved. I have seen the astounding impact James has made on Weifield and I know the Weifield team is so grateful for his support and knowledge in the electrical field.”
James is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
