Kudos to our Rocky Mountain November, 2024 Employee of the Month — Chad L., Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent!
The November, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Chad was nominated by Matt H. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Area Superintendent), Brad C. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Pre-Job Planning Manager), Chris S. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent), Don W. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent) and Jim H. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Superintendent), who said the following:
Said Matt: “Chad has really stepped up and helped Brad with the pre-planning process these last few months. He has helped multiple jobs get planned and taking off correctly. He has been a great team member.”
Said Brad: “I nominate Chad for the employee of the month with his support and effort on multiple projects using a new layout software AEC. He has taken the helm and is doing a fantastic job and supported multiple projects behind the scenes (Brightwater, Cleo Parker, Gwing, Waste Management, 1500 Champa, CSM and Waterfall Pursuit).”
Said Chris: “I’m nominating Chad for his work with the new AEC Inspire program. Chad assisted in getting a BOM together quickly, working thru multiple drawing renditions for the CSM Res Hall VII project. At the same time, he was assisting other projects in the same manner and our intent is to continue to “use” him all the way through the prefab process.”
Said Don: “I think Chad is a prime candidate for the Advance Process Employee of the Month. He’s been working with the new program (AEC, I think it is) for job take-offs. He’s done a great job getting ahead of things on my next project; and I know he’s been doing the same for other projects as well. His efforts are without a doubt going to help to streamline things for the field.”
Said Jim: “I’d like to nominate Chad for Employee of the Month in recognition of his exceptional contributions to advancing our processes and supporting our commitment to quality, training, and consistency. Chad consistently goes above and beyond to develop, communicate, and improve our internal processes, ensuring that we stay on track toward achieving our goals and setting a strong foundation for continuous improvement. Chad has demonstrated outstanding leadership in identifying areas for process optimization and implementing changes that have directly contributed to sharper focus and greater efficiency across our team. Chad’s proactive approach to refining workflows has not only enhanced our operational performance but also fostered a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Additionally, Chad has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring colleagues, ensuring that best practices are shared and adopted throughout the organization. His ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and processes has empowered team members to perform at their highest potential, fostering a unified and consistent approach to our work. Through Chad’s dedication and innovative mindset, he has proven to be an invaluable asset to our pre-planning team, making a lasting impact on both our day-to-day operations and our long-term goals. His contributions have helped us lay the groundwork for sustained improvement and success in the future.”
Chad is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
Thank you for all you do and for representing the ‘A’ in Weifield’s PACT, Chad — congratulations!
